Wheel clamps
I have seen a car in Nelson Street with a wheel clamp on and someone said they had seen one on a car in Molewood, with DVLA on. Anyone know what they are about?

It could see more cars parked on the bend by Ruby's, which is already a hazard and,in my little opinion, should be double yellow lines.
