Re: Bircherley Green
But there is one in Ware and we have been a few times (works well for a hungry teenager) and never had a problem getting a table so it is not at saturation point and will compete against itself. Not been for several months now so situation may have changed. And I must say it is easy to park so not s...

Bob.
Although I have now started addressing the emails to Mr Deering. I think there must be a problem with his IT as not had one single response. Still writing daily to him, not aggressive, in fact it is tinged with humour but not even an acknowledgment. Not sure where to go with this now.

Re: 550 New Homes Planned for Sele Farm
I have written to my councillor every day this week (not about this) and not had an acknowledgement let alone any reply. I would be interested to know how you can get a reply.TcfL wrote:they should seek advice from their county counsellor http://cmis.hertfordshire.gov.uk/hertfo ... llors.aspx

Re: 550 New Homes Planned for Sele Farm
Which land? Do you know where I can find links to this? Isn't Bengeo to the East of Sele Farm? I don't disagree about the need for new homes but I worry about affordable housing and I really worry about infrastructure. The train lines are creaking and the roads are jammed and other services are stre...

Statistics can be manipulated although it is normally to make you look better so if they did manipulate them, they are rubbish at it

Re: "Hertford & Ware" Mercury
My criticism is the use of the word 'Selected'. My circle of friends were talking about it and they were complimentary. I had no idea it existed and it turns out that the audience is highly selective. My friend in Stansted Abbotts gets it My friend on the edge of Hertford town gets it And of course,...

Re: Old Walters Garage Houses
The houses themselves look ok, no issue with them, but the location just scares me. I think they are being billed as family homes but I cant imagine wanting my child to grow up there. If the traffic is busy then the fumes will be awful, if the traffic is light then the speed will scare me. So close ...

Re: Three cheers for Mark Prisk
I know of something where Mark Prisk was personally involved but it was about a footpath so not big news. He attended a small parish meeting with the councillor (the awesome Roger Beeching) and helped get it done. There was only a few people there, about 20 and he was very charismatic and very good ...
