I'm cancelling my key go as it causes problems all the time with incomplete journeys. I swipe in and out as required but the other day the barriers at hfn were all turned off, other times there are problems with them. Also it's trying to charge me for changing routes on Tuesday when the whole line was blocked so it's just becoming more hassle than it's worth. I might put it onto a separate key so I can only use it when I need to rather than on the same one as my season ticket.
