Port Hill pedestrian crossing

Does anyone know what is happening with the proposed port Hill pedestrian crossing? I thought they were planning on doing it this summer but I can't find any info on it since the consultation...

Looking at the planned roadworks on this site:
http://hertfordshire.roadworks.org it looks like this is scheduled for the end of November.

Ah yes, very helpful, thanks - 26 October till 20 November. So they'll be starting three days after the gas works finish according to that site. Nothing like consecutive roadworks to wind people up...
