SG13 or SG14

What do you think about the quality and pace of housing development in Hertford?

No, much of Hertford is in SG14.

In fact the SG14 boundary runs past the Richard Hale School gates!

Loosely speaking, East & South Hertford are in SG13, West & North Hertford are in SG14.

And plenty of girls who live in SG13 & SG14 go to Presdales, which is in SG12.

You probably shouldn't attach to much importance to postcodes! (or to be technically correct outward codes - the four characters before the space) :)

Thanks Steve
It is sooo very tricky......
Are you saying that for Simon Balle you stand as much of as a chance with an SG14 post code as you would with an SG13?
Jeez I do not know what to do!!!!!

Help please !!!!!

I refer you back to my last sentence about the irrelevance of postcodes.

In fact, Simon Balle's admissions policy doesn't mention postcodes at all.

It's smaller, everyone knows everyone else and we felt that they wouldn't be able to coast there, there is no escape ;) . We were right on that. We spoke to quite a few parents who had children already there as well. My sons are 15 and 13.
There are nice and not so nice people all over, the not so nice ones are not confined to Sele Farm despite what some people think

Minnie are you referring to the Sele school as being smaller where everyone knows everyone else?
Bit confused by your post as I thought you were really happy with the Sele school?
