I'm not sure I understand the point of this post

Nothing too surprising here. Incredibly dull design from the outside, tiny windows to make up for the only just adequate insulation and attain the required U-Values. 4 bedrooms but none of them over 10ft/3m wide, all for the bargainacious price of half a million pounds, which tbf is not the fault of the developers or agents. Shame there aren't stricter buildings regs to regulate for size, but I guess this would get in the way of the "free market".
