Shouldn't we be grateful for any new stores in Hertford - makes a change from all those boarded up and closed. The Council should try and support businesses, not try and keep closing them down.

They could have opened up another hairdressers or barbers as there isn't enough of them in Hertford.

Yes but they still have those godawful large-format prints of cheap booze stuck all over the windows. Guess there's less the council can do about that :cry:
