Hertford Market

Just been looking at the absolutely brilliant website where Epping Town Council promote their Monday street market. Surely if they can do it, so could Hertford Town Council if they got their finger out and tried to promote the town. But maybe they are just not interested in bringing people into the town. Epping is not so much different to Hertford or maybe they just wish to sleep all day in Hertford or visit the hairdressers.

Unlike Epping, the Hertford market is run by the District Council, not the Town Council.
