Six Templars - v slow service

Anyone know if there's a particular problem as while we were warned there 'd be a 40 min wait that was 1 hour 20 mins ago... We didn't even ask for well done steak!

Is the service on a Sat always this bad?

Never been in on a Saturday. Weekdays have always been ok!
