Very loud music across Hertford tonight

Any idea where the loud music is coming from? It sounds like there are PA announcements but you would have to be very brave to plan an outdoor event in November.

It was a very good event. A few teething problems (I'm not sure the first band were the right act for a family event..........and the queues to get in were pretty lengthy - I think people held off buying tickets in advance in case the rain didn't hold off).
But the display itself was very good and well received.

The hertingfordbury cowper school has their show tonight, this year they've got some professionals in so expecting a step up in quality of the event. Also they're providing 3d specs for some reason(!!)
Either way it's a great bash, and worth it just for the braughing burgers
