It looks like someone has been throwing the lifebuoys in the river over by Sainsbury's. Who should I contact to get them retrieved/replaced? Don't these idiots ever think? One day it might be their Mum/friend/little brother that needs to be rescued...

(Sorry about the rant. Mindless vandalism really annoys me, especially when it is life or death equipment...)
