Certainly not the same as Lebanese, albeit I do take your point.
+1 for Malaysian, or better still, how about Sri Lankan

I've been waiting years for a Serbo-Croat restaurant - but to no avail
I will take slight issue with the person who recommended the Raj.
I live within 200 yards of the place and used to rate it very highly - best in Hertford by a distance.
However standards have slipped and the last two meals I've had from there have been dire.
You may notice that the restaurant never looks as full as it used to either.
Shame

I'd love to have some exotic food services at hand, for instance, African or something like that.

The suggestions for Indonesian/Malaysian/Vietnamese & Tapas get seconded by me. Double seconded if the Indonesian does a decent Rijsttafel.

I echo the above posters in their "Indonesian/Malaysian/Vietnamese & Tapas" desires however, there isn't a single decent fried chicken shop in the locale, nearest place for decent fried chicken is Hoddesdon imo.

I don't think it would work. I am not vegetarian but enjoy vegetarian dishes so probably only eat meat/fish etc in half my dinners. The problem would be if I was vegetarian and my husband wasn't (and wanted meat) then we would go somewhere that caters for both. People wont go to two takeaways. What you want is to increase the choice and have good tasty (and ethical) vegetarian offerings within other takeaways . For this I think Galos comes closest currently as it has a wide choice but most other takeaways see vegetarian meals as an obligation and have no creativity.
