50% of it is for adult social care; once you get beyond that, and children's services; there's no (relatively) that much spent on bins, libraries, roads etc

It's that time of year again and your chance to comment on HCCs budget for the coming year https://www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/about- ... ovdelivery It is, of course, the same as usual in that they only ask questions on areas they want answers to but do invite additional ideas/thoughts on the last page.

It's an opportunity to remind those who can effect change, that a hertford by-pass for the A414 would be good
