All this eternal talk of "out of towners" enjoying the Hertford nightlife always winds me up .

The County town should be a focal point to be enjoyed by everyone and it really is a bumpkin attitude to suggest otherwise .

The overwhelming majority of all visitors are perfectly well behaved .

Thought this would be better in community rather than lost in Sports section .
