I thought a micropub serving craft beer would be a great asset but having walked up to have a look on Friday I thought it much too busy for me so went on my way.

ah yes, i was clearly talking about the hertingfordbury one. Castle street, well it's a lucky dip if it's open or not, let alone has it got any food! As far as I'm aware the kitchen is being refitted, Not sure why it's being boycotted as I find the new managers nice & friendly and very approachable.

Whether the changes are a good idea is obviously a matter of opinion.
I agree with your point on refuse but disagree about street lighting particularly as the council reduced the number of street lights a a cost saving measure as well.

That depends on how much you rely on a mobile library & whether you can get to a physical one of course.
No cuts doesn't take into account moving to bi-weekly refuse collection & turning off street lights overnight.
