wow, how useless is that. basically, we can't be arsed. Blatantly shows it took them over 6 months to make a decision on a planning application. There's been a lot of "oh there's a lot going on behind the scenes" but there's very little evidence of any of that. I do get it's not their fault entirely...

It doesnt look like permier inn will be around much longer, so i doubt they'll ever open the hertford one. thats *if* they even build it.

Obviously they could let it to another hotel!

no. It's west of the 414 and south of the b195. also ex quarried land, legally i guess. where the tip is essentially.

isn't the development being planned in between welwyn and hertford green belt? And that one is huge.

I'm not sure that green belt counts for much any more. Sure there'll be protests, but at the end of the day the houses are needed somewhere.

yeah im sure it'll calm down. On thursday lunchtime it was busy enough to have some character but you could still sit down!

Especially once he gets proper licensing.
