Vote UKIP or Hertford will end up looking like Luton, go on Youtube and type in Muslim Luton and see for yourself. Thankfully I think most residents of Hertford are well educated and rational. If you hold down CTRL when clicking the link it will open in a new tab. There's some debate amongst web designers about whether or not it's good practice to open links in a new window by default.
