Re: The Key at Herford North
I got a reply from my renewed query today: Thank you for contacting us on 13th April 2016 in regards to the expansion of the Key smartcard travel area. On 3rd March, Abellio Greater Anglia railway launched their own smartcard product, and an reciprocal agreement was reached to make their smartcard a...

Re: Motorcycle parking at stations?
Whether you'll have trouble parking a car very much depends on what time you'll be getting the train. Obviously the earlier your train the easier it is to park. At the moment I think you'd definitely get a space before 8am. There are extensive bike racks, so you would have no problem if you're using...

Re: Sele shops disabled bays
My mother worked most for most of her career treating amputees. She related a story of one her patients taking abuse from a passer-by for using a disabled space. The bemused response of the patient in question "...but I've got no legs." With prosthetic legs and clothing I'm sure that the disability ...

Re: The Key at Herford North
Is that confirmed that it will work Hertford East as well? I was concerned that having this would limit the ability to use a Hertford Stations to London Terminals ticket between Hertford East and Liverpool Street.

Re: Post Office Moving To Maidenhead Street
You can read the decision letter here.
This would seem to indicate that 7 day opening will not extend to post office services.

Re: 24 Hour Gym Planned For Town Centre
Actually seems to me to be a reasonable idea for using that space, with potential to generate additional foot-fall in the town centre, probably better than what was proposed.

Re: 24 Hour Gym Planned For Town Centre
I know it was a few weeks ago now, but I don't recall that being presented as one of the options in the consultation for the 'Urban Design Strategy'.
