Help please - does anywhere in Hertford serve fillet steak with it always on the menu?

Only second hand info I'm afraid but believe the new Pub/Restaurant in Fore St, The Humming Bird does.....

Thanks - just checked their menu and they do rump, sirloin & ribeye, but no fillet which is what my son wants for his birthday meal. Think I'll be cooking at home.

I haven't eaten there myself but I believe the White Horse Hotel in Hertingfordbury serves fillet steak.

Cafe Rouge in Hertford always have fillet steak on their menu

Thanks - didn't realise this had opened again. We wanted somewhere in Hertford town centre so no driving, otherwise we would have gone to the Beefeater in Ware.
Boxing Day not the ideal day for a birthday - half my fault I suppose!
