Why haven't you displayed my Post from Tuesday

I am still doing the utterly frustrating and seemingly stupid process of having to post so many times before I am let loose on my own. Can you let me know why, when I wrote a reply to a post on Tuesday, it has still not appeared. I received a notification once I had posted that an admin would make this live for me (thank you for holding my hand!).
