I'm not sure if they do iPad repairs, but I used "Just Fix Macs" based in Hatfield to fix my iMac. They were were very good for that at a reasonable price.

Thanks everybody for all the responses, much appreciated. No, i haven't repaired it yet (currently sellotaped together but still useable!) so I will follow up on these repair options soon. I've looked up prices and ismashedit seem to be the cheapest, although I haven't called just fix macs. Thanks again.

Update: Had it repaired at ismashedit in Hoddesdon. Excellent fast service and cheapest quote I could find (£69 for iPad 4)
