Mercedes Hertford

Hi,

Is the Mercedes Hertford garage a proper mercedes garage? A franchise? Does it make any difference?

Any good/bad experiences with them?

I note they are in a different "group" to the waltham cross garage ( which is in "mercedes benz retail group" )

I think they are a franchise, whatever that means, but as far as I'm concerned they are to all intents and purposes a fully fledged merc dealer. I no longer have mine but have used them a number of times. Like all dealers they aren't the cheapest but have always found the service dept excellent in terms of quality of work/diagnostics etc. I would recommend them depending on what you need doing

I use them and have to say they are brilliant. Having had experience of others places (Not Mercedes) , I have to say I can't fault Mercedes in Hertford from selling me a second hand car through all the services and receptionists they have always been brilliant! I think they have another branch in Bishops Stortford.

So, once they had found my warranty details they were very good! I like the way they call as soon as there is news / or its ready. Now just to decide if this monthly servicing agreement is worth it or not.
