Does anyone know who is responsible/paying for the traffic lights on Bengeo Street which have been green both ways for three days now?

Are they temporary lights? if so many companys hire them and there should be a telephone number of the company.
If they are proper traffic lights then it used to be HCC

They were fine at 4pm today.

That's all right then - would have been fun in morning.

Walked past these lights around 8pm this evening and they appeared to be green in both directions. Though it's possible they switched in the time it took me to walk between them.

They have been green both ways early morning and late, I would assume they change them when they are working during the day?

Why not just switch them off?

They have been like this all day every day since at least Sunday. However it's not a problem I can get my Discovery through with traffic coming the other way. I suppose it may confuse people who haven't noticed each way is green. I would call highways but in my experience allot of the people who work there don't know where Hertford is never mind Bengeo.

They are just set up instead of the pedestrian crossing while they work on the path so they will both turn red when someone presses the button to cross the road
