Could we be about to see another hairdressers open in town?

Driving through Old Cross this morning I noticed the former Loulebelle gift shop is being refurbished and the chairs in there and their arrangement, facing the walls, gives the impression this might be about to become a salon.

There just isn't enough hairdressers and barbers in Hertford.
