I'd imagine its for the BBC filming in Hertford next week of the Jeremy Thorpe drama series - keep an eye out for Hugh Grant!

Seems like some of the local businesses weren't so keen to have the film crew around - vocal before the event and now arrested! Seems a bit petty for one week in November with plenty of notice - inconvenient yes, but longer term surely a bonus?

Having worked in the West End for many years trying to run a 'business' can be a nightmare with streets shutting, marches, demos, etc. often without any notice but you learn to adapt and get on with it. Star St in Ware was shut for weeks recently following the fire but Ware hasn't crumbled.
