Not as big as the Hemel one,
Sink Holes
Re: Sink Holes
Would anyone know what number house is involved?
Re: Sink Holes
Comparing the images in The Mercury to Google Streetview, we're talking the low numbers, around 1-11 at a guess.Moulder wrote:Would anyone know what number house is involved?

Sele Farm's got form for this sort of thing, hasn't it. The Bentley Road sinkhole apparently swallowed a whole lorry in the 1950s.

The house in Cherry Tree Green with the hole under it is my Friend's, It's been there for about 9 months or so. She had to move out and the Council still haven't had it sorted.

I can find out as the son of one of the householders is currently in my garageMoulder wrote:Would anyone know what number house is involved?
A sink hole appeared in the kitchen of one of these houses about 9 months ago which meant the householder is in temporary accommodation (another council owned property) until that was fixed. When trying to fix the original one, a new one has appeared. I notice the article does not mention the original one but maybe they don't know about it.
