yeah won't affect us, but i'm glad i saw the notice, as I could have seen the odd random time (nappies, calpol etc) popping down there and finding it shut having not known would have been annoying :)

there's always hatfield/brookfield!

On the few occasions I have been in Tesco past midnight the only tills open are the self scanning ones.

Amazed to see ours is a "Superstore"

I've always considered it the smallest Tesco (apart from an Express) that I've ever come across.

I expect Villiers street residents will be pleased

I thought it would be one of the ones to go. I do use it at unsociable hours but have never used it between midnight at 6am so it will still suit me.

I suspect it may be to with the occasional gathering of youths at that time with hot hatches.

To be fair, when I went shopping I didn't have issues with the youths and they seem to have purchased some drinks from tesco too.

I don't know how often it happens as I rarely shop at those hours but just noticed it the few times I have been.

All regular Tesco stores are Superstores, the biguns are Extra's, the littluns are Expresses and the urban big city ones are Metro's
