I've never cared much for the label "craft", which appears to be a great way to extort money out of fashion-conscious bearded types, but I will definitely give it a whirl. It's not going to be cheap though, is it :D

and understand that (the closed) Loch Fyne will open in September under a new owner https://uniquehospitality.co.uk/ so more competition?
