Occupants of a car involved in a collision in Gascoyne Way yesterday were lucky to escape serious injury.
The westbound carriageway of the A414 was closed as emergency vehicles attended the incident, which occured around 11am on Saturday (5th September).
Herts Fire & Rescue tweeted: "A very lucky escape for the occupants of the black vehicle on the A414 Gascoyne Way in Hertford".
Crews from Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City were amongst those dealing with the aftermath of the crash.
It is unclear how the accident happened.
