Hertford's annual Musical Mystery Tour takes place this coming Sunday 25th August, with almost 200 acts playing in over 30 venues from midday to midnight.
The town's most popular musical event is now in its 14th year, having grown from just a couple of stages back in 2006 to over 33 venues for 2019, including pubs, clubs, cafes, hotels, the museum and even shops.
Hertford Music Festival Co-Chairman Kev Saunders says: "It's called the Musical Mystery Tour because from day one, we've based everything on the map of Hertford - making great music happen and putting it on the map so everyone can "rock 'n' stroll" round town visiting venues they might not know and enjoying all kinds of live music from lunchtime to bedtime and all for free!"
Most of the entertainment will be taking place in the town centre but pubs and bars across the town will be taking part, including The Millstream, The White Lion and The Greyhound in Bengeo; and The Saracen's Head in Ware Road.
Lea & Stort Boats will also be running gin cruises between Hertford & Ware featuring live music and part of the event.
