Kiss of Death commercial sites
I can identify three sites in Hertford that appear jinxed, playing host to many a failed business venture.
1. Bircherley Green restaurant - currently The Waterside, has seen a number of failed eateries in the last 20 years.
2. Bar in Railway Street opposite Halfords - recently Bar Humbug, but a number of failed bars/pubs have been here.
3. Car dealership in Railway Street - Charville's are currently moving out, the fourth failed dealership on the site in just 12 years.

Ginger Lillies in Railway Street. Known it as an antique shop, ladies golfing wear shop, another knicker shop and empty.

The one in Maidenhead Street next to British Heart Foundation charity shop - currently a games shop but recently has also been a gift shop and Mystique clothing
