Pay & Display Car Parks in East Herts
Has anyone suffered any problems recently when using the ticket machines in the P&D car parks...??????????

I think Flowerbar might have experienced some problems with pay and display car park ticket machines.

It's a serious question and I don't (at this point in time) what to post the particular problem, but I'm trying to find out if others have experienced problems.

I haven't had a problem with a machine malfunctioning, although it is infuriating if I haven't got the right money and have to overpay for a ticket.
Or is this a traffic warden problem where you have been ticketed in the time it takes to find a working machine to buy a ticket? - There seems to be a traffic warden that lives in Bircherly Green Car Park. (although I saw an East Herts Traffic Warden looking a bit lost in Stevenage last week)

Personally, I've not had a problem with the machines (yet). To the contrary, I keep finding money in them and on the floor when I walk back to the car...

I had the same "problem" with a machine in Golders Green a few months back. I got about £20 in coins from it. I was gutted when I went back the next day to see if the problem still existed and found no cash!
