Recycling sites
Since recycling became the way forward my family has embraced it with a vengence and visited quite a few sites around the county (don't ask why!). I don'tknow if HCC or EHDC have a "best site" award but if they do I would nominate Westmill - small area but very well organised, always tidy, well but firmly managed. Any other views?

Sorry, but WHY?
Are you doing a trash research project ?
Are you a garbage ground hopper ?
Can we expect a "Best recycling sites of Hertfordshire" book to hit the shelves ?
Seriously though..Keep up the good work, not enough people do recycle, afraid i just go to the nearest one!

The why! is because we love driving around the country roads - so having started off towards Westmill will take a detour into the villages because its just a nice day, and find ourselves miles away from where we started. Consequence - use the first site we come to. But, no I don't have a research project but I do wonder if we all use the sites why does HCC and EHDC require a year on year increase to their community charge when my, and possilby most users, don't have that luxury with their salaries? Before I get complaints I do realise the charge goes for much wider services.
