Try Vogue on St Andrew Street,very personal service,which both my wife and I (middle aged getting his hair dyed -why not!)would recommend.

Saks are excellent. Never had a bad haircut there. Really though you are spoilt for choice in Hertford. Plenty of good hairdressers so just take your pick and go for it. What's the worst that could happen? It's only hair,it'll soon grow back if you don't like what the hairdresser does.

Mick the hairdressers is very reasonable. He charges £13.00 for a cut and blowdry for females.
Other places for the same thing charges higher.

Saks. Okay so it's not the cheapest place on the planet but I have never had a bad cut there.
