abusing blue badges!!!
I am sooo anoyed!
Today the family P managed to park in a P&C space in Birchley Green car park. We took one space which left a free P&C spare (a rare siting!!)
So unloading littleP from the car when another car pulling into empty P&C. Out gets an older man... maybe late 60's. Informed him that that was a PARENT and CHILD space... to which he relied.... "I can park here i have my blue badge" [:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!] He then walked off towards to lifts/stairs and walked down the stairs.
And was there a parking attendant around... was there heck!!
Rant over... for now....

Use to be the orange badge. Given to people with disabilites.

My Grandmother also has an orange badge. I'll have a look at it next time I visit her, my guess is it will say on it somewhere where you can and cant park using it.

I'm amazed how many blue badge holders drive a Porsche, Range Rover or white van. You always see them parked in the disabled spaces in Tesco. Funny thing is, they always forget to display the badge! Maybe there disability is their lack of memory!?
