There's a letter in The Guardian today (3rd August) from a Port Vale resident about housing and renewable energy... http://www.guardian.co.uk/letters/story/0,,1835765,00.html Not sure the writer is being entirely fair. For a start, EHDC don't "put up housing"; and secondly, they've recently approved homes opposite the East Station that feature solar panels in the roof.
