For anyone who is not familiar with our Acceptable Use Policy, I would like to highlight the following paragraph:-
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from the Discover Hertford Online Forum and your ISP or employer contacted.

Out of interest, how does that work if a user is accessing via a wireless hotspot or internet cafe?
Not that I am suggesting I would do that!

it doesnt work. if they block by ip, then they could be blocking 100's of potential users at a time.
Out of real interest, which user for which have you had to highlight this for? [8D]
