Hmmm/ Traffic warden tries to ticket illegally parked car, policeman attempts to abuse his position to avoid prosecution, traffic warden becomes angry, policeman gains excuse for revenge. Seems to be two public servants behaving very badly. Which is more abhorrent to society? The policeman for believing he is above the law, or the warden for losing his cool when unfairly pressured to not do his duty?

Me too, just because its two officials losing it completely and getting totally out of their prams! Shows we are all human and prone to excess sometimes.
