anywhere in hertford to work -- with wifi?
I'm looking for a hangout in hertford where i can setup base during the day, work with wifi, and -- ideally not have to inhale bucks of smoke, but at the same time not be out in the boring boondocks.
Anyone got a fave spot for this kind of thing?

I would guess you would need a code from the bar or staff at the cafe to access their wi fi, the code I assume would be changed everyday...

The Black Horse is WiFi friendly. We will supply customers with a password to access our system whilst they drink/eat. We do not charge for this service.
