Also, schools usually hold these things to raise money for equipment. Would you be prepared to donate a % to whichever school it was?

Hi, yes i have noticed most were the weekend just gone, but i have found one in Broxbourne this Saturday so i am going to call to see if they have a space! I would always happily donate a % thats why i think a school base would be good as you know the money will always go to a good cause. I had a stall at the NCT and they ask for a discretionary donation which i think is a great idea.

Oh wow, thank you all so much! I make childrens or adults plaques for either bedroom door, office door etc....Inbetween running around after my 15mth old and childminding! Its just a little hobby of mine, i do everything down to buying the wood, cutting, sanding, painting you get it.... Then the person can choose a design from what i have or order one... I then add whatever text they like, and nothing i sell is over £6(unless you want it wrapped, packaged, posted!) I'm hoping to go into making funky necklaces next, sick of paying silly money in shops! Right, must get my Mum to do her Granny duties this weekend, looking after my little man!!

I might just do that, thank you, although it falls on the day we would be having our son's 2nd Birthday party!! Plenty of time to decide i suppose! I have called lots of places for this weekend and next and most are booked! Just Bengeo to try now, i used to nanny for two children there so know a few parents, so it could be a good idea! Thank you to you all! xx

have you tried the Corn Exchange I think they are having Christmas markets on the next couple of saturdays
