Mitchell Wagons
Has anybody else noticed the proliferation of these wagons around Hertford recently.
It seems they are everywhere, only this morning I had to put the brakes on at a roundabout because one of these big red monsters entered the roundabout without looking!
Can anybody tell me why we need so many of these large lorries carrying mud from A to B C D E F ... and Z?

They work out of Bedwell on the Lower Hatfield Road and on the A414 at Essendo roundabout. If you look at the new community centre being built by the police station, they have removed approx. 40 loads of earth to get the site level.
Just about every construction site needs something taken away before they start.
