HDOS Panto - Jack & the Beanstalk
I took the family to see this last night, and I thought it was excellent. It is very good value, and the new racked seating makes a huge difference. It was as good as a professional production, but even better atmosphere as I met so many friends and neighbours in the audience. I usually go to the panto at the Gordon Craig Theatre, but I am a convert to Hertford now. Well done all involved, see you next year!
By the way, I think the last 2 performances are today... get there if you can.

Hey Nora, thanks very much for your kind comments and promotion re Jack and the Beanstalk. Although we were sold out on our matinees and last two evening performances there were tickects available on the Mon-Wed evenings despite a big push from our publicity team with posters, press and this year a lot of promotion on Hertbeat FM including a member of cast taking part in a quiz each morning last week called panto of the week. As a cast member i did not like to open a post on this subject as it felt a little like 'advertising' although i was delighted that admin had displayed photos of the production and show times prominently on the home page of the site.
