morning charging
Does anyone know what time the various car parks e.g. Gascoyne Way start charging in the morning? ( i.e. for leaving a vehicle overnight )

When my friend's in-laws stayed at Hertford Hotel they were told the car park opened at 7:30am and they would have to get up and get a ticket if they had parked their car there overnight.

I am sure that you can pay for a ticket after 6:30pm and it doesn't start until the following day.
Of course you might still get a penalty charge if a warden needs to make his target.

Do check and don't risk it my father often sees the wra
dens checking tickets before 8 am on a Friday in Bircherley Green when he goes down early, they even check the time on his disabled badge/ clock thing...............
