New shop in Castle Street?

Does anyone know what the building opposite the a414 crossing at the end of Castle street is going to be? It has large windows like a shop, as I live close I'd like to know what, if it is.

To me it looks like the perfect place for... an Estate Agent! Very visible from A414 and big windows.

Being is such an 'off the wall' place I would assume a specialist shop of some sort. It's not going to get much passing trade.

There could be quite a bit of passing trade on foot now that there is toucan crossing leading to West Street.

Walked Past last night and it appears very office-like inside. xnetco has probably hit bullseye
