Plot of land.....help
I have been trying to find a plot of land within about 15 miles of Hertford recently to build a family house...withought very much luck.
If any one has any inspiration/ideas or knows a possible lead i would be very grateful !

I'm afraid you'll have little luck. I have been looking for 10 years, along with 100 others. Around here the property developers get it long before it goes public.
In fact, the Estate agents keep the best bits for themselves. Just ask Steven Oates. They/He have been stockpiling for years. Now its time for them to get into "Land development" and cash in. Which is just happening now.

william h brown estate agents has a banner outside saying it has plots of land for sale.. have you tried them?
