anyone see the toni&gui window (or lack of). boarded up police tape. i'm guessing bunch of wallys who were drunk and found something to throw....or could have been kids playing football in the road, or a pigeon! the pigeon population in Hertford is massive and I think they've been up to no good for some time now......

Pigeons??? Get a grip... This is a serious issue and I reckon it's all down to the 'black panther' (or domestic pussy cat) that terrified the police a few weeks ago.

You can see why shops then want shutters/ grills, it may not be so attractive but it saves on the insurance!
