Tanning Salons
A friend of mine is hoping to have a spray before her hols, can anyone recommend one, and a rough guide to price?

I always thought the idea of a holiday was to GET a tan, not to have one before you go... otherwise it defeats the object doesn't it?

It's quite dangerous too( not spray tanning, only the beds) You feel that you already have a tan and don't need to 'top up on' suntan lotion as often, leaving some people very complacent!

It is really important during the consultation to explain all aspects of spray tanning & to point out that indeed, it does not contain any sun protection & as a result, you will continue to build your tan with exposure to UV.
A good therapist will cover everything to do with self tanning & educating your clients is key.
Once your client has the knowledge & aftercare, it is up to them if they choose to follow it

If you are new to self tanning, it is advisable to do a patch test 24 hours before you go for it. Some may be sensitive to the active ingredient.
Spray tanning is good fun tho & it is amazing how much "better" people tell me they feel after they have received one.
It's not for everybody.
