A10 / M25 junction opening ?
I saw in Cheshunt and Waltham Mecury that A10 / M25 junction is opening on Monday 10th September. Can anyone confirm ? Can't see anything about it on the Highways Agency and it is 3 months early!

I heard that this IS true & in fact a Govt minister is to do the opening, as you say Mrs G, 3 months early.
Having said that all this for Rupert Murdoch!![:(]

Apparently that new building holds a new full colour printing press, but they are still a year away from moving there.

I believe (& correct me if I'm wrong ,I'm only working to general rumour here) that he has built the new plant - effectivly New Wapping. Anyone know the facts?

I thought the new plant was down to him (or rather his company) but were the tunnel works also?

The building is a new full colour printing press for News International
(The Sun, News of the World, Times and Sunday Times - also the London Paper)
The current HQ for News international is in Wapping, but only the presses are moving to Watham X
I believe that the editorial staff will be moving to offices somewhere in central London.

The Holmsdale tunnel and News International plant have no connection what so ever. I believe that from the original planning application NI are going to fund some improvements on the A10 which is managed by Herts County Council to the north and Transport for London to the south of the M25
