There are brochures available at Library, Wallfields and poss the Castle which have details of all the markets. Carole's own site ' http://www.growninherts.co.uk should also have details and her contact no is there as well. Always helpful she would be happy to forward a brochure direct.

Has anyone tried the puddings from the Naturally Yummie stall [?] They are delicious! [:p] and i also recommend the "spitfire" and "gobburner" cheeses from the American guy on the cheese stall! [:D]

Thanks I will check that out. We ventured to Harpenden on the 23rd December for the farmers market and have to say it was very good. A lot more stalls than we currently have in Hertford, although the ones we do have were also in attendance.

St Albans also have more - the curry man sells the best curry sauces ever! He is at Hertford too.

Going to have to arrive early this saturday as I need to hot foot it to Stamford Bridge in time to take my seat in the executive box for lunch and then sit back and watch the game. Can't be missing out on my veggie pies and curry sauces that's for sure.
