Tips
Admin locked the previous topic about tips,saying it was "off topic" and not a Hertford issue. If you eat in restaurants in Hertford and leave tips, I would suggest it is very much a Hertford issue

I drive a car in Hertford but that doesn't make road safety or traffic management a Hertford issue, unless it relates to a specific incident or location and is characteristic of the town. The subject of tipping is not specifically a discussion about Hertford, therefore it is off-topic.
If a topic is locked I would be grateful if you didn't try to open it again when it has been made clear that it is not open for discussion.
